Beauty is not flawless, it will shine through your flaws.
I officially stopped working as a professional photographer in 2012 and started focusing on my company and start-up. After about four years of living and breathing SuperApp, nostalgia for my photography days had begun to seep in. Looking to resume my art; this time unconstrained and free to follow my heart, I chose to click portraits.
Looking to capture the beauty of women I find artistically attractive and trying to show that through the lens, Monochrome Muse conceptualized. Monochrome shades, I believe, are what represent the many layers of the lives that women lead and so, I approached them with my idea. Monochrome Muse as a concept received a positive response and now is an Instagram page that will eventually come to be a blog of its own.
